Do you setup the website template for me?
Yes, our team of web developers installs the Internet TV website template for you on your domain.
When you submit your project details form after signup, you will be asked to point your domain name at our servers (we will help you do this if you are not familiar with how to point your domain).
Our team will use the information on your project form to install the template on your domain, and customize the web based channel to fit your preferences.
Do you maintain the site and channel?
Yes, ongoing technical support and maintenance is included with all active service plans.
Our support team will resolve any technical issues encountered on your website and channel, and can also make updates/changes to your site upon request.
Can I use this if I already have a website?
Yes, if you have an existing site, we can setup your web based TV channel under a sub-domain of your existing site, or even directly on your existing site if the framework in use allows it.
Do you provide a CDN to host my videos?
Yes, we provide a dedicated channel on our CDN for each account, with storage and bandwidth included, based on the tier of your service plan.
Can I lock my videos so that a free or paid subscription is required to access them?
Yes, your videos can be locked behind a paywall where you can charge a monthly, annual, or one-time fee for accessing the content.
You can also require that users signup for a free account to gain access to your videos.
Can I edit the site myself?
Yes, our sites are all WordPress based, so you will be able to login and edit your site as needed any time.
How do I expand to other platforms or apps, like Roku, Fire TV, Apple TV or mobile apps?
Simply contact our sales team or signup for a platform from a link on our website (or even an email special from time to time.)

Is your platform secure?
We take great care in the security of your videos, especially when you are requiring a subscription account to access them.
We place restrictions to limit the number of unique IPs that can access a subscriber's account, prevent sharing of user accounts, place your site under SSL security, integrate brute force attack protection, and give you full administrative access as the channel owner to manage and control the status of each user account.
